Main account not showing as suspended not available for journal. Message "main account ##### is closed"

We have updated COA in test environment using excel add in. The account in question is below:

When we try to record a journal we get below

If we then "suspend" the account>save and unsuspend>save and retry to post it works.

Any one any suggestions how to fix this?

    Hi Simon,

    I tested in version PU41, there is no the issue.

    It is recommended to update the latest version to test. If the issue still exists, need to create a support ticket.

    You can check in legal entity overrides, that might be suspended.
