HcmWorkerRecId EDT Lookup

I used the HcmWorkerRecId EDT to have lookup in field.The lookup showing all workers details correctly.But i select a record its not saving in a form.How to save the lookup value.

    Nothing special should be needed.

    You can check examples from the standard application, for example Sales taker field in the bottom of Create sales order form.

    Lookup is coming fine.But if i select the value its not saving in the form.

    Did you compare to Sales order create form? It's a perfect example and it works so you should be able to figure it out.

    Do you have some code in your lookup? Could you share all details about your field, table, form and lookup? Thanks!

    Hi Nikolaos,

    I just created a reference group control in a form and in the properties i set EDT as HCMWorkersRecId.I didnt write any lookup code.When i open the form i can see the lookup(all workers).But when i select the value its get selected.But not saving the lookup value.

    Hi,

    Please go to sales create order form and find the methods as lookupreference and resolverefernce from data source salestable, field worker responsible.

    You need to override those methods.

    Hi Nikolaos,

    The problem is the reference group control didnt bound to a table field.Thats why the value not get saved in the form.Now its working fine.Thank you.
