Type eventvwr and press Enter to launch the Event Viewer.
Then click on Relevant Logs
Navigate to Relevant Logs
In the Event Viewer, you will find various logs under the categories:Windows Logs: This contains important logs for system, application, and security.Application Log: Errors or warnings related to LS Retail, Business Central, or related processes are usually found here.System Log: For any system-level issues that might affect the overall environment or Business Central components.Custom Views: If custom logging is set up for LS Retail or Business Central services, you can check this section.
Filter Logs:
To narrow down the logs related to LS Retail:
Right-click on Application under Windows Logs and choose Filter Current Log.
In the Event sources dropdown, look for relevant services (like Business Central, LS Retail, or SQL Server if integrated).
Look for LS Retail Specific Logs:
LS Retail-related services may log issues using a unique source name or identifier. You might see errors or warnings related to LS Retail Server or specific LS Central services, especially if there are issues with integration, transactions, or communication with the POS systems.
