Generate payments - error

Hello,

Accounts payable > Journals > Payments > Payment journal.

Open the lines and click on Functions > Generate payments.

I`m getting error "Document type to collect results of execution of ER configurations in job archive of ER destination has not been defined in ER parameters"

i`m getting this error on one company from Belgium ,its working on second company from Belgium without problem

Form Electronic reporting destination is empty on both entity also payment method.

Hi martingg,

please make sure that in ER parameters > Attachments TAB you have all attachment types named as "file" and you have your legal entity in the lookup:

Hi martingg,

Have you checked the methods of payments that are used in your payment journal for the different lines?

Please ensure that those lines have an electronic reporting format properly setup.

If it works in the second company then compare the setups that are made there with the ones in the company where you get the error.

In legal entities TAB "print destination defaul" there is ok, user password azure key

Based on message I have a question: Did you made setup for Electronic reporting destination so generated file would be placed in specific location?

This is legal entity specific parameter.

Maybe you made for destination from Data management form.
