    Hi Pooja Karki,

What do you mean under "access url in excel" ? Nice and easy way is to go to Common -> Office Integration -> Excel workbook designer and generate workbook for your entity.

Thanks for giving idea about new option but I want to call data through OData Feed option in Excel by using OData Url and when I am doing this I am getting above error which is related to the authorization.

Does it work if you use the Data Connector App in Excel instead of adding the feed directly? It should ask you for your AAD credentials.

And has the user permissions (in Dynamics AX) to use the data entity?

    Hi Martin,

No it is not working and it is not asking for AAD credentials insisted of this it is showing below error and in my system internet is working fine:

Sorry We can't load the add-in. Please make sure you have network and/ or internet Connectivity. Click "retry" once you are back online.

if you are using Excel 2016 to connect OData feed follow below steps to connect using URL.

Open Excel --> go to Data tab --> New query --> From Other sources --> From OData Feed

now enter the URL and proceed further, now provide appropriate authentication details to connect data feed in AX.
