Inpiration/Best practice setting up a product catalogue

Posted on by 5

We are a healthcare service provider that sell subscription products with different services. Does anyone have experience with this model in Dynamics 365 CRM? When i look through the possibilities i came upon field services, but it seems that it is more directed towards services where the company would go to a specific location and do their thing. We have products where we offer physical treatments, counseling by phone or face2face, healthcheck etc. on a subscription basis, but also as single sales on demand.

Currently we are using the product hierarchy with family, product and bundle, but i am missing a service/deliverable level.

Any help/comments would be appreciated
