Date Invalid Issue in PO

Hi all,
 
I have an issue with the date invalid in Purchase Order, whenever I enter items starting with TVO 
 
Normally we enter 9/09/9999 but for this one, it's showing the date invalid.
 
Do I need to set up this item or something else?
