receiving the emails when the approvals are to expire

Hi, All

As a sales person, I should be receiving the system generated emails when the approvals are going to  expire.

How can i achieve this

Any Suggestions will be marked as verified soon

    The should be sending the emails to the owners based on the Valid  Date  {field)

    • 10 days before expiration

    • 3 days before expiration

    • on the day of expiration
