Need to automatically download word template and initiate an email

I want to download template automatically and send email. Any ideas.

Hi,

It can be done using System workflow where you can use SetWordTemplate action and then trigger mail with that document. Below link will be helpful.

Hi Ravi,

As the link that Nishkarsh provided mentioned, the above workflow creates a Note with an attachment, and the note will appear in the timeline of the record.

Also, you mentioned that you want to send email with the template that downloaded, right?

So you need use flow to send email with attachment(word template).

1.Go Power Automate(https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ ) to create an automated flow.

2.Set trigger.

3.Add 'Condition'.

4.Add 'Sen email' under 'Yes' branch:

Hi There,

i was able to send things in email but the problem is In email I am not able to open the word doc, it is saying file corrupted.

While from notes when i download and open it, I am able to open it.
