If you don't have a back-up of that database, then there is no possibility of opening that datbaase by NAV5. And taking a back-up from NAV2009 and restoring that into NAV5 will also not work. So the answer is NO.

PS: It is not NAV 2005, rather it is NAV 5

possibly there a might be a workaround, 2009 might be a different animal & some of these discussions there was at least a backup so it's a cross you fingers moment.

you'll have to scroll arround the topics until you find one that fits your situation.

    for example: http://www.lmsmfy.com/?q=database+conversion+client

    then try these  http://www.lmsmfy.com/?q=database+converted+client

Most important..What were you thinking, not just converting but doing it without having a backup?  Ugh!
    Always have a backup!

Perhaps you didn't want to take the time?
Then I must say, how much time do you think correcting this error will take?
Probably less then the backup would have.

Hope those posts point you in the right direction.. PS Search first before posting a problem on mibuso

    good luck!
