Accessing Multiple Microsoft Dynamics NAV Databases

Hi Experts,

I follow this Walkthrough to have access to many databases on RTC Dynamics Nav 2009 R2 :

but when i create second service i get this Error :

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not used by other services or programs.

OK
---------------------------

i can't start both services, how to solve this please NB: I follow this walkthrough step by step i repeated it Several times

    think you very much Mohana yes it works just with your port number :D i tried 7146 it doesn't work but 7056 it works fine :D think you again have a great day :D

    If it helps, did you try in the NAV Administration console for this?.

    Yes, from custom settings file only. try 7056 etc.

    Hi Mohana,

    Yes i'm using the same port 7046 but i'm running Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service.

    if i want to change the Port number how can i do that ?  is it form CustomSettings.config File ?? and which number should i give it to the port ?

    Are you using same port no. for both services?

    did you try by changing port no.?
