"Unexpected error" while running stock closing

Hi,

I am facing an error "Unexpected error" while running the stock closing.

I tried to debug and found like, the Projbudgetreductionhistory table has mismatching reference to the Projallocationline table.

The Project reduction history of the project id used is linked with the project budget allocation line which is created in another year.

Can anyone assist with this request?

    Hi Ram,

    I got pinged by Gopika if I could probably help out. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this issue with the ProjAllocationLine myself before. I don't know how the wrong reference came in your environment. I also don't know if there is only this reference that has the error or if there are more similar records. Anyway, I would suggest to see if you can correct or remove the wrong reference, so the closing can continue. Ensure you will do an impact analysis or hire someone who can determine the impact and how to correct it. As this seems to be data specific in your environment, from this forum we can't help you. Test it carefully in a non-production environment and ensure you have a backup of the data before correcting the data in your production environment.
