    Hope you are well today.

The error "Recipient address isn't valid" in Dynamics 365 Outbound Marketing emails typically indicates issues with the recipient's email address or configuration settings.
    Steps to Resolve:
    1. Verify Email Addresses:
      • Check the email addresses of the blocked recipients. Ensure they are correctly formatted and valid (e.g., no typos, missing domains, or invalid characters).
      • Confirm that the email addresses exist and are active.
    2. Check Bulk Email Settings:
      • Ensure that the "Bulk Email" setting is enabled for all recipients in their contact records.
      • Verify that the "Do Not Allow Bulk Emails" field is set to "No" for these contacts.
    3. Review Segments:
      • Examine the segment used for the email campaign. Ensure it excludes contacts with invalid or missing email addresses.
      • Add conditions to filter out inactive contacts or those with invalid email addresses.
    4. Inspect Marketing Email Configuration:
      • Open the marketing email template and verify the "To" address field. It should reference the correct contact email field, such as {{contact.emailaddress1}}.
    5. Analyze Insights:
      • Use the Customer Journey Insights to identify patterns or common issues with blocked emails.
      • Create a segment from the blocked contacts list to investigate further.
    6. Test with a Smaller Audience:
      • Send the email to a smaller test audience to identify specific recipients causing the error.

    Hope this helps!
