SLSTE Transaction stuck under Series Posting and not visible under Batch Recovery

Hello all,

I have a Sales batch stuck under Series Posting with the Status: AVAILABLE. When I try to click Post, it says "You have not marked any batches for posting" even though the batch is selected.

I don't see this batch under Batch Recovery window nor I cannot open it from the Batch Entry tab since the status shows "RECEIVING". We kicked out all users from GP, but SLSTE still shows, as "RECEIVING"

Any help on these errors is greatly appreciated! I do have access to SQL db if required.

I had a case on this last week. We solved it using the KB article below. Give this a shot.

A batch is held in the several statuses - Dynamics GP | Microsoft Learn
