I have used the Field Service module and whenever I create a croup of resources and schedule a task. The group and the members (user, resource, etc.) of the group will be scheduled automatically. Also, if I reschedule the group - then all members in the group will also be rescheduled/updated to the new changed timeslot.
Now I don't want to use the workorder for scheduling (mainly because of it's association with billing and other entities) - I have created a new entity for which I have enabled the "Universal Resource Scheduling".
The problem is when I now schedule a group resource, nothing is scheduled for the group members. I have tested multiple ways to configure this, but not succeeded (Set "Cascade Crew Changes" to "Yes" on all members + group, Added the group to the "Resource Group" field, etc.).
Question 1: Is it even possible to handle groups in the "Universal Resource Scheduling" app (or is it only for "Workorders")?
Question 2: If so, where can I find any documentation on how to configure this?
