I'm having a weird issue where my client is unable to send to email (pdf) a reprint check remittance from the on-screen report.
Sending other on-screen reports are a non-issue. We tried a customer trial balance and we were able to send to email without any problem.
When clicking on send to e-mail (pdf) from the reprint check remittance on-screen report, the computer where GP is running opens up at least 40 instances of "Console window Host" and "Adobe License Utility" in the task manager. the GP E-mail window pops up after 30 seconds (instead of half a second for other reports), and all of the instances of the Console window host and Aodobe Licens utility ends one after the other.
then, when we click on "Send" , there is a "Failed to send email" error message.
We are not having this issue on other on-screen reports.
Why is this report different than the others? It's not a modified report.
