My automated payment advices contain no data

Hi, I'm facing an issue where my automated payment advice to vendors are sent with no data. The vendor will receive our email with the payment advice attached as .PDF format but when they open it the attachment it shows our company logo and in the body of the advice is shows "There is no data available." 

How do you suggest I begin to investigate this issue? Many other vendors do receive these automated remittances without this issue.
