Hi,

Please help in resolving the error of ITTO. The message error occurred during posting of ITTO: "base qty to receive must be zero". How do I fixed this error? Hoping for immediate response.

Yes sir. The outstanding quantity is present and are already shipped to another location. Then by the time the user received the items in the system, she cannot post it due to the error occurred.( base qty to received must be zero).
