Hi, I'm trying to include data from a related contact table (specifically, a payment schedules table) in a CI-J emails sent to a CI-D segment.
I want to include payment information (amount, frequency, campaign name, etc.) in the email. So, how can I pull the necessary payment schedule attributes into my CI-J email when the target segment is customer-profile based?
I understand creating measures in CI-D to surface data in customer profiles, however, I need a wider range of information than measures alone can provide. Has anyone came across such a scenario.
As long as the correct relationships already exist, when you select the Personalization option, you can then select New dynamic text:
This will then give you the option to select the related attribute.
