Can somebody please tell me that i sit possible to automate NavOne 2013R2 using automation tool QTP.
Are there any specific add-ins that have to be selected?

Yes sure .
It is basically a tool from HP that is used for creating automated packs for functional and regression testing .
We have something similar here called Application Test Toolset for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013

I have not seen anyone using third party testing tools to test the application, i would say No, may be others have seen or used it.

Navision uses CSide Programming language internally, but the UI application is developed using .NET.
