    And what is the problem?

VendTable.createList Line=4, Pos=4, Xpath=/VendTable/VendTable[1] The value in field Party is invalid.

    Creation has been canceled.

So does the partyid you are using already exist?

It doesn't matter which Party ID i am using, it always be the same error

So as part of the import are you creating the DirParty record? So in the sequence:

    1. DirPartyTable

    2. LogisticsLocation

    3. DirPartyLocation

    4. DirPartyLocationRole

    5. LogisticsElectronicAddress

    6. LogisticsPostalAddress

    7. VendTable

My guess is you are using a DirParty reference in the vendor import that does not exist in AX. However "invalid" implies not, but it is difficult to say.

    Have you read this blog?

Not sure why you verified this with your own question, people tend not to look at posts that have been resolved.

It have to be some misstake If I import vendor data via excel add in, which Party id should I provide. How can i figure out which party id is valid and not used.  Do you know if is another way to import  data excluding csv file?

    Thank you for your help

You have to tell it the related tables.

Try DIXF, or code, our code add-ons like data migration studio. Whichever I suggest you need knowledge of the system and structure, it is not an end user job without the appropriate skills

    HI,

the problem is solved . You have to refresh data step by step , it means first dirparty table and after vendtable etc. You are not able to refresh all by the same time

    Thx for your help anyway

That is correct, with Excel they are individual population steps - the reason why I asked if it existed.
