The latest Outlook version is being promoted, the set-up with Dynamics365 has changed. It used to be visible on the top of email ribbon, but now it is "hidden" inside an email. I created some instructions for sales users, but as a whole the new set-up is in my view not very user friendly.
If you don't pin the dynamics add-inn, then every time you open outlook again you need to reconnect to Dynamics,
So I try to reconnect but the connection is not yet established after waiting 10 min or, not a single response.
Does anybody else have these experiences and if so do you have any advice how to handle or special set-up I need to arrange to improve the performance.
