I want to know AX control over inventory posting accounts.
Accounts definition in detail only for inventory section.

What in specifically do you want to know?
In general, Item groups and their effect on inventory postings in AX 2012 are discussed in chapter 2 of a Hands on Lab called Costing and Inventory Valuation:

yes i did. After logging , it is saying this.
I'm not fully sure what you mean, I am assuming by control you mean the form control listed in the AOT?
If so right click the field on the form in your screenshot, from this context menu select Personalize. The control will be highlighted in the tree structure on the left which represents the structure in the AOT.
You can reach this specific from my going to the second tab and click Edit on the Form name control.
Further to this back on the first tab, right of the tree view at the bottom, a grey text area will display the controls name.
