No new workflows will work

Hey all,

I came in after the weekend and can't seem to get any new workflows to fire. Old ones seem to be working, but I can't successfully run any new ones. Do you know what might be causing this?

I have tried making a couple super simple workflows (one off of record created, one off of fields change) just to test that I'm not missing something stupid. Nothing shows in System Jobs...it is as if they don't exist. They won't update a contact, they won't send an email, they won't do anything but frustrate me :). So strange!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi SEDE,

Can you see any process record in Process Sessions?

    Hi,

Are you seeing any errors in process sessions? The workflow owner and running context user is an active user right?

    Thanks,

    Soumen

Nope...no process record shows up here. Literally nothing happens no matter what trigger I use.

No errors in process sessions (no entry at all). The workflow owner is the same as other flows that are currently running.

    Hi SEDE,

Could you share us a screenshot of your workflows?

In addition, please check the following configuration:

    * Could on-demand workflow work?

    * Have you set new workflow scope to "Organization"?

    Regards,

    Clofly

It seems that changing the process to a template, activating it, deactivating it, and then changing it back into a regular process fixed whatever was causing the error.

    Hi SEDE,

I'm glad to hear you've found a workaround.

In case you experience the issue (for a new workflow) again, please create a support ticket so that we can investigate it.

    Best Regards,

    Aga
