Suspended account issue when posting IC journal

I have added new main accounts into AX. I am trying to use them when posting an intercompany transaction and I am getting the following:

Department is suspended.

Accounting number transaction Type Error does not exist

Reported from company accounts XX

It appears the it is not suspended , no dates causing issues...

Any thoughts?

    Hello KateG,

    Have you double checked your ledger accounts and financial dimensions that are used in this transaction?

    There are not only the valid from and valid to field that might cause this issue but also a suspended check box.

    Would be great if you could double check this setup in both companies involved.

    It appears it is all setup and not suspended. I am at a little loss on where to look?

    Also, It only happens for new GL accounts setup. It looks like it is setup properly and nothing is suspended.

    Hello KateG,

    What about this error account message?

    Do you have an error account setup in the automatic account section?

    Can you test what happens if the GL parameter to interrupt in case of an error is not activated?

    What about system modifications?

    Are you aware of any that might be responsible for this?
