"Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners" License

Hi all,

I couldn't find an appropriate Forum to post this in as it spans all of Dynamics 365, apologies.

Can anyone advise on the best place to find a breakdown of what's included in the "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners" license please?

I have tried to find this information in Partner Centre, but any time that I click on links to show what's within the license it says that we are not eligible to buy the product, which is an understandable error as we have received these as a part of our status.

Thanks,

Aaron

I have the same question (0)

    Hey Aaron

Customer Engagement plan licenses entitle to Sales, Customer Service & Field Service apps.    Also, it entitles to Enterprise functionality (Business Card Scanning, Customer Insights) and some storage, depending on when it was obtained.

Do you have any specific question/concern about any specific app?

    Hello Daniel,

    yes i have a specific question ;-)

Im having a hard time to activate that benefit. I am able to create new enviroments etc... but no way it looks like close to what a "Dynamics Sales" should look like.

It would be great to get some help to get this benefit running.

    Thank you,

    Yves

    Hey YSK.

Can you provide a screenshot? Also, if you go to admin.powerplatform.com, you should see the environment with Type Sandbox or Production. If it's developer or Trial, or the enviornment looks purple and says PowerApps, it means Dynamics 365 APPs were not deployed.

    Regards

    Hey YSK.

This means that you do not have Customer Service or Sales licenses on your tenant, and Only Project Operations.  Therefore, you can only provision Project OPeratins environments here.    I Understand that if you switch environment type to "Trial", you should be able to see something different here.

    Hey YSK.

Yes, it should be included.  My best recommendation:  Open a support request to Microsoft.  It's important to check:

    - Default region

    - Licenses enabled on the tenant

We got into similar situation, opened up a case thru the Virtual Assistant, got an email from support consultant. Logged in to power platform to create a screen shot for them to verify, the options to select customer service, sales enterprise were enabled, and we have successfully deployed the sandbox. Not sure the support consultant has checked and enabled, or the license sync may need 4 to 5 hours for the environment to get created.

    Hey Aaron,
For info on the "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners" license, the best step is reaching out directly to Microsoft support or checking in with the Dynamics 365 community forums. I had the same case and only the support helped me. The Partner Center might not show you everything due to your current status, but Microsoft's support team or community forums can provide the breakdown you need.
