Announcements
Good morning everyone. I have a client with a company organized for business unit sales (and so far.... no problem)
The individual sales only sees his opportunties but can see all accounts.
When a new account is created we also fill the "industry" label t and this data (with the mapping) is also reported in the opportunity
My custormer is now hiring some presales dedicated to individual indistry. So they must be able to see all the opportunities whose account is part of that industry
How can I give this kind of visibility? whit a team? how?
If for example the team were the right means, what kind of team should I implement? and how should I act on the security roles? Thank you very much for helping
Alternatively, you can set up a view and assign it to the presales permission role. Set that view Filter up to show only opportunities for the required industries.
Just depends on how tightly you want to lock down viewing permissions.
Hi,
I think you might want to consider using access teams to control access based on the opportunities industry.
