Business Process Flow - lead to account not showing on user

Hello

I have two users who have the same roles as other users in our Environment under Sales Team Member.

I cannot for the life of me work our why these two users who have the exact same rights as everyone else cannot see the Active BPF that we can all see.

I have gone through the Security Roles to make sure on the Business Process Flow Tab that the BPF in question is green across the organization. So basically, everything is ticked, and they still don't have the same view that the rest of us have.

This is what I want them to see but they don't see the Orange Highlight flow....

Has anyone any ideas what else this could be please; I would be most grateful.

With thanks
