Hello
I am new to D365 Sales and I am trying to replicate the chart below. I have the list reflecting "completed" activities by Manager's Sales Reps I can't figure out how to get it to calculate, last 7 days? I can't find the completed date either. Any help woudl be greatly appreciated.
Hi Halo, I hope you are doing good.
When creating a view, you should make sure you are using the field of the entity you are querying called Modified On -> This Week. With this added to your filters you will be able to see all activity filtered by your criteria (including the field modify on) that is aligned with your query. Then you should create the chart and last but not least the dashboard.
