Is anyone aware of how to get a post chat survey in place for Omni-channel for Customer Service?
We can only see that there is a Pre-chat survey available, and nothing on the release wave 2 roadmap suggests the post chat survey is close to being released even in preview.
Are we missing something as this is quite important for us, and would have expected this feature fairly early on.
Does anyone have suggestions on workarounds for this feature?
