Best practises integrating AX7

I am looking for som best practises on how to export and importfrom/to AX7. Can't find any integration white papers and howto's on that subject. We are using BizTalk Server 2016 in our organization which I assume would be helpful.

Examples I would like to know about is, on how to

Scenarion 1. Export Item change
Scenarion 2. Send Invoice in Edifact or Xml
Import Customer record to AX from CRM external system
Request/Reply sample for a Stock Enquiry on a single Item

As you can see I am especially interested about event driven transactional patterns

Any Help greatly appreciated

Sc1: Not sure what you mean by change, but the items are available by simply using an oData to access your items. Just add "/data/RetailEcoResProduct" or just "/data/" to see the entire catalog.

Sc2: Use the Electronic Reporting (GER) for this...

Import customer from CRM:

Use the Common data model and route it through that. Import through the DIEF frameworl.

Stock enquiry I would presume is done through the CDM or by oData.

The Odata interface seems to cover what I need for all Request/reply scenarios. Great!

What communication options does GER and the Data management tool offer? Can they write to a ServiceBus queue, FTP or be sent as a JSON/REST request? I would like to capture a change and send to other systems. Publish/Subscribe scenarions.

I see documentation about sending a query to the OData interface. I can't find anything about having AX7 send a message when an entity is changed though.
