Hello Experts,

i have a very dumb question today...

We want to send Emails to a Email Address who dont exist in our CRM.

I know we only can send Emails to Records in CRM like Leads, Contacts, Queues and so on.

Is there a way to send emails without a record in CRM?

Hi,

You can do it with the help of microsoft flow.

Hi BlackBeard,

Enable below setting in CRM to make it work (Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email Tab)
