    Hi

Combination of Data Migration in 2009R2, Rapidstart in 2016 and some of the reports in 2009R2.

An example would be open customer ledger entries. This will be trade debtors on your TB so use Balance By Dim (cumulative) for the TB and then copy and paste into excel. Use Excel to convert this data and then once formatted in the right column layout copy and paste into Nav Gen Jnls. The detailed customer ledger entries can either be exported to excel using the Aged Accounts Receivable report (tick export to excel box which works on Nav 2009r2 on detail only) and then convert data to copy and paste into excel / use rapidstart or by using Data Migration tool in 2009R2 to export open entries only.

    Hope this helps.

You need to transfer all the open balance sheet accounts, at the level of opened documents:

    - vendors by open invoices and not closed prepayments (for that, refer to open vendor ledger entries for suppliers)

    - customers by open invoices and not closed prepayments (for that, refer to open customer ledger entries for suppliers)

    - open bank balances (refer to bank cards balance at date)

    - open Fixed Assets (transfer both initial value and accumulated depreciation)

    - open employees transactions

    - open stock by items

    - open loans received and given

    - other balance sheet accounts (charter capital, etc.)

    - etc.
