Hi,

I want to have an email get sent out of a case has aged for a certain amount of time as a reminder or follow up, is this possible? How might I do this?

Hi Partner,

Of course, it is possible.

1.Send emails manually.

--Add one new email from the timeline of the case.

2.Send emails through workflow automatically.

--Dynamics 365 workflows can have wait conditions.

You can use it to send emails only at specific times.
