Simplifying the creation of custom dashboards in Dynamics

At our organization we use Dynamics as the CRM, and we have specific support engineers assigned to specific customers. To track their open interactions and SLAs, each agent must create a set of custom dashboards in Dynamics.
The process of creating the dashboards is cumbersome and error prone, and involves building multiple queries and then sharing those queries to the agents.

That said, the only difference between each person's dashboard is the agent name and the Organization ID(s) assigned to that agent.

I'm wondering if there's a way we could automate the creation of the dashboards in Dynamics by building a tool where we could just enter the agent name, and the Org ID, click a /generate/ button, and have those queries and dashboards automatically created and ready to use.

I'm not a developer, but if this sounds possible, just some pointers on which app/tool to use would be welcome as a starting point.

Thanks.

Thanks for responding. We know how to duplicate dashboards, but there's still a lot of manual work for each new user we set up. We have to go in and create custom Advanced Find queries, change the agent name in each query, change the Org IDs, point all the dashboard components to the updated saved queries, and so on. That's what we're looking to automate.

    Hi,
You can duplicate dashboards through 'save as' button.
It will create another same new dashboard, then you can edit something for the new.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
