Hi,
I have a custom application accessing Dynamics CRM Online. In order to connect to online dynamics from custom .net Application, we will require a user with a specific Azure Active Directory Role. Since Global Administrator Role will give global access to AD, is there any other role that can be provided for this requirement.

I think you need to set the Detaverse security role to access Dynamics.
