PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) on AX2009

Hello to everybody.

At this moment we have a new customer. This is a full production environment customer, so, he asked for a PLC integration with AX 2009. We think that this kind of control is a Shop Floor Control feature.

 Is this correct???

 

If someone can help me with this doubt, believe me, I would be very grateful :D

    Dear Gustavo;

    you need to create the X++ to call the PLC program supplied by your machine through rs232.

    We have also done for weight bridge interface to AX and using business connector

    Hello Kusnadi and thanks for your quick answer.

    I have a question, do you know where i can find a reference to make this code??

     

    I'm a good programmer under AX but not with the Business Connector and .Net Connector.

    So, this is an unexplored terrain for me, any reference would be very helpful :S
