You can do this by navigating to Settings(Gear icon in the Top Navigation Bar) âž” Advanced Settings
In the Settings page, move to customizations tab and click on the Themes
In the themes page, select any of the theme and click on clone.
After the cloned theme is created, open the theme and there you find the logo field where you can select the logo image(the logo must be uploaded as an image in the web resource)
By this way you can replace the default logo with your custom logo
