Sorry if the subject is not clear or misleading but I didn't know how to summarize.
We have a custom form with a bunch of information and one of the fields on the grid is called "Result Number". It is just a string that gets filled in with a few different things. It could be a purchase order number, it could be a sales order number, it could be a production order number.
Our users would like to be able to click on it, and go to that PO/SO/PrO. I know normally, if this was just only POs, then I could just use the EDT and it would auto link but since this is filled with many different things, I can't go that route.
Is there a way I could make this field "clickable" like a hyperlink, but then go into my own code that checks first what it is, and then opens the appropriate form?
