dynamics 365 Portal workflow not trigger when the record is created from the portal

In Dynamic portal I have a web form that creates a record in custom entity A, Custom entity A has a workflow that triggers on create of record.

When the record is created in dynamics App the workflow runs and everything is good but when the record is created from the dynamics portal workflow will not be triggered at all but the record is created in Custom Entity A.

Is this is a permissions or something else I need to setup, you are help is greatly appreciated

Hello,

Did you set the workflow scope to be Organisation?

Can you please put a screen shot of the WF configuration page.

Thanks charles, the workflow scope was user and that was the issue

After changing the scope to the workflow runs
