Multi Level Approval Workflow

Hi Experts

I have set up a multi level approval system for Purchase Invoice

There are Users A,B,C when they do enter the purchase invoice it gets approved by either D or E

Now  when D or E create a purchase invoice this should be approved automatically

How to set this work flow for this in Nav 2016

    Hi,

    This is because of there are no setup access in DB for each user.

    That is why it is automatically approved.

    It also indicates that your setups are correct.

    I think you are doing in your testdb and testing the functionality how it works.

    This is the only reason for that.

    Thanks for your prompt reply

    I am doing this in live db I actually need the user D and E if they create purchase invoice it should not go for approval and should get automatically approved

    Hi Sukumar,

    open client search workflow -> Purchase document-> Purchase  order Approval workflow  and click Edit ->check Enable button to yes ->click Ok

    for Sales also similar

    go to approval user setup

    you choose only 1 approval id  not more than 1 for each user 

    Now for D user it wont go for approval. its approved automatically

    finally sure it will work
