user has reported that he cannot use the filtering function on Inventory MAnagement > On-hand > control+G.
A blank line for filtering options and triangles are shown on the form, but the user cannot input something to filter the items to see. Could you tell me what's wrong ?

Try resetting the users layout on that form. there might be some fields the user added that is causing some issues. Also, try deleting any form selections or form setup the user might have for On-Hand inventory through Usage data in AX. Exit AX, kill any user sessions from Citrix /RDP to make sure AX is fully exited and try again. Note this will reset the form to default.
