Recently, I created a new view with the same base query but added an additional criterion to check the value of an option set (let's call it 'X'). Specifically, I'm filtering records where 'X' is set to 'Yes'. Strangely, the data for this particular query never loads.
Interestingly, views with criteria for 'No' are working as expected, and views where 'X' can be either 'Yes' or 'No' also display data correctly. It's only when the condition is set to 'Yes' that the data fails to load.
I find this behavior quite puzzling, and I'm seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue. Any insights, suggestions, or steps to troubleshoot and address the problem would be greatly appreciated.
There are some 500 records as a result of this query where X = Yes, so it is not even a large dataset. I have same query for Accounts that also takes time to load but at least it loads the data. Advance find, view on dashboard nothing working.
I have tried eliminating the queries on advance find and i know where it starts to struggle but question is this is my base query and works absolutely fine fo rother views even the same view but on account entity.
