Code element in email RTM

hi,

not sure whether it is a bug or if someone else has the same issue. But if we create an email in RTM it is not possible to add a code element to an email template and add conditions. It is also not possible if it is in the template to modify it. If we use conditions in the code we do miss the option contains. Which would be very useful.

    Hi Anna-Lena,

    Although we can't use code in RTM email like Outbound marketing, we can still edit HTML to implement our ideas.

    Start by creating an element and setting the desired conditions, then modify the contents of the Elements.

    Please note that conditions only apply to images, so don't forget to encase your code with “<div data-editorblocktype="Image"></div>”:

    Thank you. Not sure whether other users experience the same but we cannot edit the code blocks within RTM to show dynamic content. So what we do we build the email in OBM and then copy the html and paste it into an email in RTM. Editing in RTM is not possible. Any suggestions?

    Hi Anna-Lena,

    RTM and OBM are functionally different in many ways, and we can't modify HTML to add functionality that RTM doesn't already have.

    We can do only just copy its style.
