Fraud - see reason for order hold

Hi,

When setting up fraud rules in AX 2012 R3 retail / call center, AX can put orders on hold automatically if criterias are met.

Does anyone know how I can see which of all my rules that caused the order hold (preferrably from the order hold form)?

    Hi

Try viewing the Order holds via the option on the sales order tab of the header.  Then against whichever Hold reason you see, there is a Fraud details section on the right hand side.  Perhaps that will show you which Fraud rule has applied the Hold.

    Hi and thanks,

I have been reviewing this form but I was really hoping for more, like which rules were hit in the fraud check, for the user to more easily take proper action.
