Many of the workflows recently are coming through different times for the same item … sometimes up to 4 times for the same.
Of course I try to only approve 1 time but sometimes I will approve the same multiple times. Can you please confirm that this is captured by the system? Don’t want to have more approved records of the same in the system … and how to rectify the issue so i get only one mail for a single workflow...
