How to setup a process to send an email when the 'Modified On' field changes for a Case

Hi,

I would like to know how to setup a process to send an email when the 'Modified On' field changes for a Case

I am not sure how to setup the condition.

example:
Condition:   
     Modified date is > old modified date
Trigger:
    Send an email

    CRM Note is a separate entity called annotations. This is a related record for that case with a regarding field in notes.

    See if you can compare the Notes created on > case modified on & trigger email like explained in this blog.

    How can I trigger the Notes field when data is entered.

    It seems that the modified date does not change when data is entered in this field.

    Hi..

    You can trigger workflow on Record Fields Change, and select Modified On

    Workflow will trigger on modified on, and then you can send email.

    CRM will update modified on every time when there is record changed and saved, you don't need Modified date is > old modified date condition, as Modified on date is always greater value than last one.
