importing Custom fields to another environment

Hi forum,

Have created custom fields and exported personalization file. When I import that personalization file in a new environment, am not able to see that field in either the form or in the entity. Did I missed anything?

Yeah I agree..We need to setup custom fields in another environment too. I was checking if we can update custom fields using personalisation.

Hi Pawan,

Just to check:

- you have created custom fields in environment 1;

- you have created personalization in environment 1;

And you want to have this available in environment 2. To do this, you imported the personalization in environment 2?

In order to have the custom fields in the second environment, those needs to be setup in that environment also.

In order to have those custom fields to be available in the second environments data entities, you need to apply the changes.
