Knowledge Articles - Anchor links locking the form

When in the Case for Interactive experience form and interacting with Knowledge search widget the following occurs. Opening a Knowledge article with anchor links and clicking on one of those links the article viewport jumps down to the page anchor as expected. What isn't expected however is now the whole form is stuck. I can no longer scroll the article window to navigate the article nor can I scroll the form as a whole. Its like the whole page gets stuck on that anchor I just clicked on and the only way to get back to a usable form is to refresh. Has anyone else run into this / have a workaround?

I've tested creating the anchor links directly in D365 using the Knowledge Article tools as well as from Word and copy pasting into D365. Also a combination of bookmark anchor target frame settings all of which don't change the outcome.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Would you please share the HTML of the Knowledge Article where this issue has arisen?

    Hi Zach Decker,

According to your description, I did the following test.

Step 1:Click on the place marked 1 in the image below, and then  create two anchor, anchor 01, anchor 02.

Step 2: Select link type as Link to anchor in the text.

Step 3 : Click “HTML” tab, and modify html code.

In order to test the effect more clearly, I modified the anchor 01, the interface jumped when I clicked the link, the anchor 02 was not modified, and the form was stuck when I clicked the link.
