20Hi,
my setup is the following: D365 CE onPrem (version: 9.0.20.7)
we have on the account entity a sub entity customer pain and gains) and second sub entity visit report
on the visitreport we have an account quick view card placed. this quick view card shows us the customer Pain and gain subgrid
In the relationshipmapping between account and visit report the accountid is mapped to the responding lookup on the customer Pain and Gain form.
On the normal account form it works that if I click the plus button, that the company is prefilled to the lookup on the "Pain and Gain" entity form.
BUT in the visitreport if the user clicks on the PLUS button inside the quickview card the result is that company lookup is EMPTY
any ideas how to solve this?
